Job Overview

As a Heavy Duty Mechanic Specialist, you will support customers in person and through remote or virtual consultations. You will advise them on necessary repairs or maintenance, ensure that equipment operates according to manufacturer specifications, and maintain detailed service documentation to support both in-shop and virtual service interactions.
