About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Route Sales Delivery Driver to join our team at Rich Products Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality products to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, resolving any product or service issues promptly and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Provide education to customers on proper product rotation, temperature management, and quality control.
  • Plan routes to minimize mileage and in-transit time, reducing variable expenses and fuel costs.
  • Identify opportunities to expand sales through new products, programs, and customers.
  • Manage and track inventory on the delivery truck, resolving discrepancies with warehouse and office staff.
  • Ensure safety by completing pre-trip inspections and maintaining the truck as required.
  • Load and unload products from the delivery truck, handling them carefully to maintain quality.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of Route Sales/Delivery experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Clean driver's license and ability to obtain a DOT Card
  • Solid general computer, math, and analysis skills
  • Flexible and able to work as part of a team
  • Professional, courteous, reliable, and mature, with outstanding organizational and communication skills
  • Punctual and reliable in work attendance
  • Self-motivated, able to take initiative, and use sound judgment in day-to-day decision making
  • Extended standing and driving required
