ROLE OVERVIEW
This position is integral to the Travel & Expense operations at BCG North America, focusing on the oversight and management of processes related to expenses submitted through our centralized expense system, airfare bookings via American Express Business Travel Account (BTA) cards, and rideshare charges associated with BCG's accounts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and uphold audit processes for expenses submitted through centralized systems, including data analysis, reporting, and fraud prevention measures.
- Conduct thorough audits and investigations of travel and expense reports, ensuring compliance and accuracy through detailed reviews and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Generate quarterly, monthly, and weekly analytical reports to identify anomalies and trends, providing actionable insights to relevant parties.
- Interpret BCG's policies to identify exceptions and suggest alternative solutions.
- Design and propose additional analytical tools to meet evolving business requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments with meticulous attention to detail and communicate findings to senior management.
- Prepare urgent ad-hoc reports that may necessitate cross-functional collaboration.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
- Encourage teamwork and collaboration to achieve collective goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, complemented by 2 years of relevant experience in analysis, reporting, or auditing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Business Objects or similar data querying tools.
- Familiarity with Alteryx or comparable data analysis software.
- Knowledge of Tableau or similar data visualization platforms.
- Skilled in Power Automate and other automation technologies.
- Understanding of AI process enablement.
