Position Overview

Vibrant ABA is dedicated to delivering tailored Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy to children with autism in underserved communities throughout New York City. Our commitment to our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) is unwavering, providing them with extensive training and essential resources to thrive in their roles. In collaboration with Paradigm Health, we offer a holistic support system that encompasses Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Language Pathology. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain an active and unencumbered BCBA Certification.
  • Possess or be eligible for the LBA credential in New York State.
  • Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and reassessments for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and collaborate with caregivers to establish meaningful goals and treatment strategies.
  • Design and evaluate data-driven behavior intervention plans.
  • Provide direct oversight of Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) assigned to cases, incorporating behavioral skills training and specific performance feedback while ensuring the clinical integrity of programs in home environments.
  • Work in partnership with parents, behavioral therapists, and the clinical care team to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Meet the physical demands of the role, including frequent sitting on the floor, standing up, and engaging in active play with children.
  • Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
