**Job Summary**

Teamwork Healthcare, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, is seeking a skilled Behavior Technician to join our team.

The successful candidate will work in partnership with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality behavioral intervention programs for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver 1:1 behavioral intervention programs in various settings, including homes, schools, and communities.
  • Utilize behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease maladaptive behaviors.
  • Collect and record behavior and skill acquisition data electronically during sessions.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with supervisory staff, including BCBA's.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 1 full year of ABA experience working with children with autism.
  • Proven experience working with clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).
  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Availability to work between 2-7 PM (preferred).
  • Minimum of 10-hour commitment per week (preferred).
