About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavioral Therapist - Board Certified to join our team at Autism Care Partners. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional, innovative, and person-centered care to children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of no more than 10 clients, providing individualized treatment plans and conducting regular assessments to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Write and submit treatment plans and treatment plan renewals as required for each insurance authorization period, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct initial skills assessments, functional behavior assessments, and create behavior support plans to address client needs.
  • Provide supervision and instruction to direct staff on correct implementation of treatment goals and behavior support plans, ensuring fidelity and consistency in client care.
  • Oversee data collection by direct staff and update programming throughout authorizations, utilizing electronic data collection systems to track progress and inform treatment decisions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care, including Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, and Diagnostic Evaluations.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Applied Behavior Analysis or Psychology.
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and frequently assume and maintain various postures while attending to the needs of active children.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Windows, with ability to operate basic office equipment.
  • At least 18 years of age and no prior criminal history.
