- Maintain profitability of the restaurant through forecasting and staffing.
- Communicate effectively with the Director of Food and Beverage, Director of Restaurants, and General Manager on upcoming events, promotions, and new products.
- Handle guest complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring a positive experience.
- Provide a pleasant and efficient atmosphere for staff and guests.
