Job Summary:

This role supports the Project Managers and Superintendents in various aspects of construction project management, focusing on process improvement and providing assistance as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in ensuring projects operate in a safe manner, identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
  • Accurately record take-off quantities and update master estimates.
  • Review shop drawings and submittals to ensure compliance with architectural drawings and specifications.
  • Develop and maintain schedules, including a 6-8 week look-ahead schedule and assisting Superintendents with their 3-4 week look-ahead schedule.
  • Communicate with subcontractors, Superintendents, and other stakeholders regarding schedules and critical issues.
  • Develop punch lists to ensure work meets drawings and specifications.

Requirements:

  • College degree required.
  • One year of field experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience with Procore and HH2 software preferred.
  • Ability to analyze and revise internal processes to improve efficiency.
  • Detail-oriented, with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
