Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse/Forklift Operator to join our team at Transforce in Waterbury, VT. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for safely operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to load and unload shipments, as well as performing cycle counts and inventory verification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment in a variety of warehouse environments
  • Utilize Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) system to receive, issue, and ship materials
  • Perform cycle counts for inventory verification
  • Ship and receive packages and distribute to appropriate locations
  • Operate packaging machinery and palletization systems in compliance with finished product specifications
Requirements
  • Previous experience operating forklifts or powered industrial trucks
  • Basic understanding of inventory management systems and associated processes
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a cold climate freezer storage center
