We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Service Technician to join our team at NW Fleet Truck Trailer Repair Inc.

Job Summary:

This is a unique opportunity to work as a Fleet Maintenance Specialist, providing top-notch service and support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex issues with diesel and gasoline vehicles, trailers, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair problems with run ability of trucks and equipment, ensuring timely and efficient resolutions.
  • Perform front-line mechanic inspections, preventive maintenance services, and DOT inspections on various types of vehicles and trailers.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools, including laptops, scanners, wiring diagrams, and measuring tools, to identify and fix issues.
  • Respond to vehicle breakdowns in the field, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety guidelines and regulations.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • A valid driver's license and good driving record are required; CDL preferred but not necessary.
  • Ability to lift and install heavy parts, such as brake drums, tires, flywheels, clutches, starters, suspension spring packs, etc.
  • Pass a criminal history background check as required by our customer base.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $38-$44 per hour, plus benefits including medical, health savings plan, dental, vision, vacation, sick pay, holiday pay, retirement plan, life insurance, and uniforms provided.
