Job Overview

The Mobile Service Technician position at HYTORC is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled professional to provide technical expertise and exceptional customer service in the states of North Carolina and South Carolina.

This role requires daily travel, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and maintaining relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of hands-on experience, a proven track record of customer service success, and excellent technical, communication, and organizational skills.

We offer a competitive base salary of $70,000 per year, plus commission, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers.
  • Initiate contact with new customers to grow business and increase revenue.
  • Work with HYTORC Bolting Specialists to ensure territory growth and meet sales targets.
  • Combine technical knowledge with company training to address customer needs and resolve complex issues.
  • Provide required reporting to Repair Manager as to schedule updates, tasks completed, market information, and activity reports.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 years of hands-on mechanical/technical experience.
  • Proven track record of customer service/sales success.
  • Excellent technical, communication, and organizational skills.
