Key Responsibilities:
  • Improve and maintain New Leaf's reputation by establishing strong relationships with customers and internal operations teams.
  • Answer all incoming calls, coordinate, and schedule oil pickups and trap service requests as required, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries in a timely, professional manner via calls, emails, or other communication channels.
  • Lead route dynamics data capture initiative to analyze service efficiency and develop accurate cost-to-serve models.
  • Address customer rebate inquiries, explain market conditions, and educate customers on service parameters and expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in Salesforce to optimize on-site operations and reduce response times.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize efficiency and customer retention.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams, and Salesforce CRM.
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks and routing/dispatching software.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions:

This position requires in-person attendance Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, including a mandatory half-hour lunch break.

Physical Requirements:

Sitting for extended periods may be required.
