Join the Adidas Team as a Retail Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and provide feedback on performance.
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive store environment that reflects Adidas' values and culture.
Requirements:
  • 12 months of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
