Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Centric Experience:
    • Provide a positive and engaging customer experience by proactively acknowledging and engaging every customer.
    • Utilize and understand our selling program to promote the sale of the best solution as well as additional products and/or services.
    • Maintain awareness of planned advertisements, promotions, and sales and loyalty programs.
  • Store Operations Commitment:
    • Consistently maintain store and print department appearance to company guidelines and keep a neat, clean, well-stocked environment.
    • Adhere to all standards related to signage labeling and merchandise presentation.
    • Follow the established sorting and stocking guidelines and complete freight processes.
    • Ensure freight sorting area is organized and setup in accordance with guidelines.
    • Scan, investigate, and fill inventory lows and outs daily.
  • Print and Tech Expertise:
    • Work to continually develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through sales and service tools provided, which includes successful completion, at minimum, of Tech, Print, and other applicable training.
    • Continued education in these areas is expected, up to and including designated certifications, if required.
  • Sales Techniques:
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices; and support the company's loss prevention efforts.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent education preferred.
  • No previous experience required.
  • Must possess basic computer skills and the ability to use computers and technology for information, and to access information necessary to complete the job.
  • Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills which are necessary to establish a selling relationship with clients and other associates.
  • Must be able to read, count and write to accurately complete documentation, utilize training tools and process inventory.
  • Client focused, positive and engaging, action oriented, demonstrates a passion for the brand, products, services, and solutions.
