Position Overview
The Client Services Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the Benefits and Life Team by providing comprehensive administrative assistance and exceptional client service.Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain client files in line with office protocols.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries from clients and insurance company representatives.
  • Proactively manage the retention of existing disability and life insurance policies by alerting clients about overdue premiums.
  • Process policy service requests, including address modifications, beneficiary updates, and changes to premium payment modes.
  • Coordinate with carriers to ensure the accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Maintain data integrity in company records by regularly updating client and carrier details in our CMS and managing electronic client files.
  • Compile policy summaries and conduct annual reviews.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scanning and organizing documents within client files.
  • Handle phone inquiries and manage mail collection and distribution.
  • Assist in data compilation for quotes and may support the preparation of quotes.
  • Verify the accuracy of requested documentation (policies and endorsements).
  • Learn to conduct policy reviews and understand the process for completing coverage in the CMS.
  • Support the team with special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident in making independent decisions.
  • Able to effectively engage with diverse individuals.
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
Education and Experience:
  • High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Licenses and Certifications:

Life and Health license will be required within the first year.
