Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and collaborate with leadership to organize events, activities, and schedules, encompassing team meetings, departmental gatherings, and one-on-one sessions.
- Oversee project management tasks for initiatives across departments, which may involve creating presentations, conducting research, and executing internal projects.
- Manage the CEO's schedule to prioritize meetings, deadlines, and other responsibilities effectively.
- Coordinate meetings, including setting up conference calls, video conferences, and in-person gatherings, along with arranging travel accommodations.
- Handle ongoing communication projects, maintaining a structured plan of key activities.
- Monitor and respond to incoming communications through various channels.
- Develop impactful communications, including presentation materials and talking points.
- Organize logistics for special business events and personal initiatives.
