Job Summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Leesville, LA region. As a key member of our Service Department, you will be responsible for fostering a positive attitude and image for Champion Home Builders to retailers and homebuyers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to retailers and homeowners, ensuring a positive experience with Champion Home Builders.
  • Interface between homeowners, retailers, and Champion to resolve warranty issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Write accurate service orders and parts orders for contractors and technicians to complete warranty work.
  • Manage warranty work using proprietary software, ensuring efficient and effective resolution.
  • Assist in maintaining a database of homeowners and open work orders, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with retailers, homeowners, and internal teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately complete service orders and parts orders.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction.
