Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled General Laborer to join our team at Waste Connections. As a key member of our landfill operations team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including:

  • Performing assigned duties at the landfill, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Directing traffic as it enters and exits the site, maintaining a high level of safety and awareness.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, interacting with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operating site ancillary equipment, maintaining site housekeeping, and ensuring the proper functioning of stormwater, landfill gas, and leachate management systems.
