Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Hixson Auto Group. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
  • Present and demonstrate inventory to clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our vehicles
  • Review and update daily inventory reports to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to prepare and review monthly plans, ensuring alignment with dealership goals and objectives
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring a positive experience for all clients
  • Stay up-to-date on products, market trends, and certification requirements to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
  • Utilize CRM software to manage client relationships and track sales performance
Requirements
  • Experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of products and market trends
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
