About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Infection Preventionist to join our team at Lebanon Center in Lebanon, NH. As an Infection Preventionist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of patient care by investigating, controlling, and preventing infections and communicable diseases within our nursing center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement education programs to address identified infection control needs.
  • Support new hire orientation by providing infection prevention and control training.
  • Monitor and maintain the Infection Prevention and Control Program to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with staff to identify and address infection control concerns.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current registered nurse licensure.
  • Minimum of three years full-time or equivalent nursing experience.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet with employees working evening and night shifts.
