Job Summary:
The Business Growth Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the defense, aerospace, and space industries. The successful candidate will work closely with sales and operations teams to develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:- Achieve or exceed sales and order targets set by leadership.
- Promote company products and services by understanding and addressing client objectives.
- Identify new industries and target customers to meet sales goals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Actively manage and nurture customer relationships through the development funnel.
- Oversee opportunities at every sales funnel stage, ensuring accurate CRM tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role.
- Previous experience in the Defense, Aerospace, or Space Industries.
- Knowledge of multi-axis machining, welding, deep hole drilling, and flow forming.
- $150K base salary.
- Sign-On Bonus.
