The position involves prolonged standing, some sitting, and occasional travel to other departments. Accurate cash handling is required, along with communication via telephone, electronic mail, and face-to-face interactions. Completion of assigned online training courses with satisfactory results is mandatory. The work setting is professional, requiring appropriate demeanor and attire, and is conducted indoors in a controlled environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum one year of experience as a Teller or in a similar cash handling role.

  • Experience with extensive face-to-face client interactions.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional client service professionally.

  • Basic mathematical skills, including interest and percentage calculations.

  • Familiarity with office equipment, including photocopiers.
