The University of Cincinnati's Hoxworth Blood Center is seeking a highly skilled Donor Communication Lead to join our team. This role will play a critical part in donor recruitment and coordination, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued donors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with donors.
- Recruit and schedule donors for various blood donation types, including platelets, plasma, and white cell donations.
- Collaborate with the team to create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training documents.
- Initiate and maintain correspondence with donors, providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist with special projects and assignments as needed.
- Update donor records and manage inbound/outbound contacts through various communication channels.
- Reschedule donors for future blood donations according to established benchmarks.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Four years of relevant work experience and/or specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.
This is an office-based position with no unusual physical or environmental demands.
