At RWJBarnabas Health, we are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Job Summary:The Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing the physical therapy needs of patients, developing and implementing individualized rehabilitation plans, and providing treatment services to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patients' physical therapy needs and develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans
- Provide physical therapy services, including exercises, modalities, and education, to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient progress and outcomes in the electronic medical record
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Stay current with best practices and evidence-based research in physical therapy
- Current NJ licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Successful completion of all orientation programs
- APTA membership and/or CI certification preferred
