Physical Therapist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries and illnesses, and achieve their goals for optimal health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to address their unique needs.
- Implement evidence-based interventions, including therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual therapies, to promote optimal recovery and function.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to educate them on treatment plans, progress, and goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, including progress notes, treatment plans, and billing information.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate degree preferred.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- Completed continuing education requirements in the state of practice.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills.
