Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Email & Media Workflow Manager to join our team at Pluralsight, LLC. As a key member of our Marketing Workflow Management department, you will be responsible for delivering planning, governance, and execution support to ensure campaign and GTM timelines for the Paid Media & Email teams.

This is a highly collaborative role that requires excellent leadership and strategic thinking skills. You will work closely with internal teams, including creative, demand teams, and development, to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Structure and scope Marketing projects and tasks, including Paid & Organic media, SEO, and Email.
  • Analyze business needs and objectives and map to impactful project plans and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project execution and communicate project status, changes in scope, blockers, and risks to timelines.
  • Continuously optimize and refine Paid & Organic media, SEO, and Email processes with teams.
  • Contribute to and lead weekly status meetings with Marketing leaders and channel owners to ensure project progress.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of previous account management or project management experience, preferably from a Paid Media or Email marketing department.
  • A Bachelor's degree or an advanced degree without experience.
