Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Experience: Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting the company values and partnering with the store leadership team to create an engaging experience that appeals to the FP Movement customer.
  • Leadership + Team Management: Exercise decision-making and multitasking capabilities, prioritizing service over tasks, and actively participating in managing the store environment and customer experience.
  • Visual + Business Operations: Support the store management team by participating in daily office procedures, executing operations, and maintaining FP Movement's visual and display standards.
  • Communication + Relationships: Support an inclusive and people-first philosophy, engaging employees at all levels to encourage open dialogue and ensure the store team is heard and supported.
Requirements:
  • Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
  • Experience being a team player.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the brand.
