Job Description

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Holder to join our team at the University Towne Center location. As a Key Holder, you will play a critical role in driving business results and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training and Development: Provide coaching and guidance to associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Customer Experience: Foster a positive and engaging customer experience by ensuring a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with associates, management, and customers to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Store Presentation and Sales Floor Supervision: Maintain a high level of store presentation and sales floor supervision to drive sales and meet business objectives.
  • Asset Protection: Protect company assets and prevent loss through effective inventory management and loss prevention strategies.
  • Policies and Procedures Adherence: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • At Least One Year of Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Work Ethic: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving business objectives.
  • Assertiveness: Possess assertiveness and confidence in leading a team and making decisions.
