What We Offer- A dynamic and fast-paced work environment that fosters growth and development
- A competitive hourly rate of $9.50 - $10.50 per hour, plus a commission rate between 1.5% and 6% based on personal sales volume
- Quarterly bonuses based on store sales
- A comprehensive training program to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Deliver exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with guests and providing personalized recommendations
- Develop and maintain product knowledge to effectively sell and market a broad range of apparel
- Coach and train team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Superior customer service techniques and experience with problem/complaint resolution
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.
