About This Role

T. Rowe Price is seeking a highly skilled Financial Consultant to join our team. As a Financial Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their long-term financial goals through personalized retirement planning and investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver tailored retirement plans and investment solutions to clients
  • Provide comprehensive consultations to clients to understand their financial objectives and goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities to nurture client relationships and drive sales growth
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in sales or financial services
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services or sales
  • Systems knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and/or Synergy
  • Proficient understanding of retirement investment products and qualified retirement plans
