About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing department in executing various marketing activities, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to positive interactions with our healthcare partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively support Directors and department by performing administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing marketing materials.
  • Interface directly with physician and healthcare professionals to initiate and manage contracts and coordinate travel and honorarium payments.
  • Assist in the organization of company events, trade shows, and charitable activities.
  • Track marketing expenditures and maintain budget records.
  • Process POs and invoices, add new vendors to ERP system and interface with accounts payable.
  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Support marketing team through purchase of materials for wide variety of activities and ensure team has needed supplies.
  • Keep promotional materials ready and in stock through fulfillment partner.
  • Take on special projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum Associate's or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum two-years' experience in a marketing role or an administrative capacity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working in the medical device or healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize busy and changing workload.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
