Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll deductions for employee contributions, encompassing insurance and garnishments.
- Handle year-end processing tasks, including the preparation of W2 forms.
- Ensure precise processing, reconciliation, and recordkeeping of payroll across various states.
- Address and resolve escalated payroll inquiries and discrepancies.
- Generate ad-hoc wage and management reports, including data related to workers' compensation.
- Investigate payroll discrepancies promptly to maintain accuracy before processing.
- Conduct analyses, produce reports, and support special projects as needed.
- Audit workflows and reconciliations to ensure data integrity and compliance, while identifying opportunities to enhance automated processes and reduce manual interventions.
