The primary role of the Territory Sales Trainee is to enhance sales performance while meeting the expectations of retailers and clients. This position involves project execution, inventory management, and effective communication within stores. Success in this role is demonstrated through the ability to sell and educate both customers and store staff about our product offerings and necessary projects. The Territory Sales Trainee will oversee multiple areas as business needs arise and will report directly to the Market Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong relationships through daily interactions with store staff and management.
  • Inform customers and store personnel about the advantages and features of our clients' brands and products.
  • Ensure accuracy and maintain high-quality standards in all store-related tasks to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of all company policies.
  • Communicate achievements and potential challenges to the Market Sales Manager.
  • Utilize all functions of handheld devices with a knowledgeable and consistent approach.
  • Uphold confidentiality for the company, clients, and retailers.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs, with frequent lifting of objects up to 35 lbs, and the capability to lift heavier items with assistance.
  • Work may involve sitting, standing, or walking.
  • Tasks may require fine motor skills, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing.
  • Comfortable with electronics and technical products.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, overnight shifts, and weekends.
  • High School diploma or equivalent certification is mandatory.
  • A valid driver's license is essential, as travel to various locations may be required.
  • Automobile liability insurance must be maintained.
  • Access to a computer, printing capabilities, internet, and email is necessary.
  • Previous customer service or sales experience is required.

Compensation:

Starting pay is $15.25 per hour.
