Position Summary

As a Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' equipment. You will be responsible for providing on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for a variety of electromechanical devices, including ATMs and self-checkout systems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
  • Service and repair electromechanical equipment within an assigned territory.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, utilizing your expertise and diagnostic tools.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • One to three years of experience in a field service or technical support role (preferred).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of electrical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
