Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Packaging Bill of Material (BOM) updates for new products and changes per Engineering Change Requests (ECR) requirements. This role requires independent action with limited supervision and provides the opportunity to work within the Network Solutions Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the packaging request process for new product introductions
  • Update and maintain packaging bill of material structure and system requirements per packaging standards for new product introductions
  • Create and issue ECR's and work with product management, product engineering, production and/or Corporate packaging
  • Manage artwork approval requests
  • Verify packaging component costs and update life cycles
  • Document and log BOM changes and updates
  • Manages packaging product transfers
  • Provides support to ensure the accuracy of labeling information and barcodes
  • Manages related document control requirements and processes
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required, Associates Degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of packaging experience required
  • Oracle system familiarity
  • Experience with PC and Mac hardware/software
