Developmental Support Associate

We are seeking a dedicated Developmental Support Associate to join our team at NLC Support. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting individuals with developmental disabilities with their daily living activities.

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $24.50 per hour. We offer competitive benefits, including group medical and dental insurance.
Responsibilities- Daily Living Activities: Assist individuals with developmental disabilities with bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Transportation: Provide transportation to medical appointments and other activities.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of services provided.
- Companionship and Emotional Support: Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals.
- Independent Living Skills: Assist with the development of independent living skills.
- Health and Safety: Monitor individuals' health and safety.
- Crisis Intervention: Provide crisis intervention when needed.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred. Must pass a background check, Cari check, and drug test. CPR certification is also required.
