About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Conifer Medical Center. As a member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greets patients and visitors and assists with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Schedules appointments and manages patient schedules.
  • Answers phones and responds to patient inquiries.
  • Collects copays and handles patient payments.
  • Maintains accurate records and updates patient information.
  • Provides administrative support to the medical team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment essential.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with medical software.
