Support the Team

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operational Support Specialist to join our team at Freestone Capital Management in Seattle. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our leadership team, focusing on client advisory-related initiatives.

This is an hourly non-exempt position with a salary between $26 - $34 per hour, depending on experience and skill set. The position is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.

About the Job
  • Provide project administration support for firmwide projects and initiatives.
  • Coordinate the distribution of newsletters and other key communications.
  • Project manage or support ad hoc initiatives such as client gifts or events.
  • Oversee revenue and expense management for our suite at Climate Pledge Area.
Responsibilities
  • Calendar management support for the Executive Team, ensuring scheduling efficiency and proper prioritization of tasks.
  • Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including gathering information for presentations and distributing relevant documentation.
  • Arrange and manage travel itineraries and accommodation for employees when needed.
  • Consolidate meeting notes, to-do items, and assist with tracking progress.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 0-2 years of experience.
  • Able to work in the Seattle office 5 days per week.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness with a 'roll-up-your-sleeves' attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
