Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement outreach programs to engage with high-risk individuals and groups
  • Build relationships with community leaders and organizations to promote collaboration and partnerships
  • Provide crisis intervention and conflict resolution services to individuals and groups
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and other stakeholders to develop and implement violence prevention strategies
  • Document and track program outcomes and progress
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in outreach, community engagement, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of urban youth issues and gun violence prevention strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
