Program Manager for Clinical Pastoral Education

The Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Program Manager at Baylor Scott & White Healthcare is responsible for the management and administration of the clinical pastoral education program. This role involves providing pastoral care to patients, family members, and staff, as well as developing and maintaining CPE programs and other pastoral care leadership curricula.
Key Responsibilities
Conducts virtual and in-person programs of clinical pastoral education under the standards of the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE)
Coordinates the provision of clinical pastoral education services to students and provides pastoral care to patients, family members, and staff
Develops and maintains CPE programs and other pastoral care leadership curricula
Supervises students' clinical work, provides educational opportunities, and evaluates students
Works with department chaplains to structure clinical assignments for trainees in order to maximize educational experience
Requirements
Master's degree
2 years of experience in a related field
Certification as an ACPE Certified Educator, Associate Certified Educator, or Certified Educator Candidate
