Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a disciplined and strategic approach to improve project management across all business lines.
  2. Provide guidance and oversight to Project Managers and Project Analysts, ensuring they meet performance expectations.
  3. Collaborate with functional business teams and the Business Information System Teams to drive project success.
  4. Prepare regular reports on project progress and activity, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  5. Interface with Senior Leadership to establish project priorities and resolve system development issues.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent, related experience.
  2. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification.
  3. 7+ years of experience in application project management, with 2+ years of program management experience in a technical area.
  4. Knowledge of methods and techniques for fact-finding, analysis, and problem resolution.
  5. Ability to develop action plans and project plans.
