About the Role

CORT Party Rental is seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Warehouse Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient management of inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including distribution and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other relevant data.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role.
  • Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and productivity.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
