Job Specifications

  • Collect and input data related to produce shipments by air and vessel
  • Confirm and maintain the accuracy of data entry into the Company's internal system
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the company’s instructions are clear before the start of the season
  • Respond to requests for shipping status, tracking inventory etc
  • Maintain and adjust vessel and air arrivals into the Company's internal database as needed
  • Maintain a list of suggestions and feedback on improving efficiencies.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and always-changing environment
  • Experience dealing with a high volume of data entry
  • Detail-oriented and accurate
  • Problem solver – look for and share new ways to elevate our processes and programs
  • Advanced Excel Skills are required
  • Must speak Spanish
  • Some weekend work is required based on business demands (rotational schedule within the team)


Minimum Education & Years of Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or relevant field
  • 1-3 years of working experience in a similar role
