Job Summary

The Patient Navigator will be responsible for expanding business opportunities and delivering revenue in an assigned area. This role requires effective communication and sales strategies to promote company products to healthcare professionals.

Schedule Details

Remote work is available in the following states: California, Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, New Jersey, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wyoming, Tennessee, and Pennsylvania. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 9:30am-6:00pm.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Receive and track patient leads
  • Communicate with existing and past customers to generate new leads
  • Make outgoing sales calls and transition leads through the sales process
  • Create strategic call plans to support sales activities
  • Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and requests for information
  • Meet or exceed call volume quotas and sales targets
  • Promote AmeriPharma within the clinical and patient communities
  • Document all sales calls and activities into pharmacy software and other sales platforms
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of service to customers
  • Assist in executing customer and/or product surveys to improve service and products delivered to market
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures
  • Reports and acknowledges any applicable concerns or departmental inquiries to the Sr. Patient Navigator
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a pharmacy
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology, drug names, and healthcare industry jargon
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits
  • Passion for sales and drive to succeed
  • Self-motivated problem-solver with strong desire to meet customer needs
  • Ability to develop long-term relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire for a long-term career with an industry-leading company
  • Ability to present and maintain a positive corporate image in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
