Chief Sales Officer

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Leader to drive wholesale revenue growth and lead our sales team at Waterline Marketing, a leading importer, manufacturer, and distributor of high-end culinary and food preparation equipment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales leadership with a strong background in the food service industry.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a multi-year growth strategy across all CreamRight product categories, managing sales rep structure, establishing relationships with key accounts, and driving sales processes from pipeline management to acquisition of new B2B accounts.
Responsibilities- Establish multi-year growth strategies across all CreamRight product categories with partners
- Develop and maintain a twelve-month rolling budget of revenue and expenses that syncs with company objectives
- Manage sales rep structure including management of both independent and employed sales reps
- Build and secure a pipeline of new business development opportunities including accounts and programs that drive expansion
- MUST HAVE B2B FOOD SERVICE/EQUIPMENT SALES EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED
- Minimum 10+ years of prior experience in a similar leadership role with P&L accountability
- Track record of delivering continuous growth within our target market in the US and Canadian market
- Competitive salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year based on experience and qualifications
