About the Role

We're looking for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering proactive and patient-centered care to older adults. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work autonomously, creating a flexible schedule that suits your needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide geriatric house calls to older adults in their homes
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy to older adults, focusing on their unique needs and goals
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • A valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
  • A degree from an accredited physical therapy program
  • Basic computer literacy skills and current CPR certification
  • Ability to wear PPE, including masks, face shields, goggles, gloves, and gowns
