We're looking for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering proactive and evidence-based therapy to older adults. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work autonomously, creating a flexible schedule that suits your needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Geriatric House Calls to older adults, delivering personalized care and support.
  • Develop and implement effective therapy plans, using evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements
