Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Geriatric House Calls to older adults in a safe and comfortable environment
  • Deliver proactive and evidence-based therapy to older adults, focusing on their unique needs and goals
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in geriatric care through ongoing education and training
