Job Title: Assessment Impact Coordinator

The League of Women Voters of the United States is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace based on equal opportunity. We are seeking an experienced Data Analysis Specialist to play a key role in operational support to improve the quality of data, evaluation, and programs.

About the Role:
- Assist in designing and structuring evaluations, reviewing methodologies, collecting, and interpreting findings, and drafting various components of evaluation reports under the direction of the Manager, Assessment Impact.
- Develop and design surveys, interpret, and present results.
- Manage data collection and follow up from various stakeholders.
- Monitor survey responses monthly and follow up as needed.
- Provide Leagues with resources, and sometimes meetings, to further their data collection mechanisms.
- Create and disseminate materials to support grants to Leagues helping them as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in evaluation, statistics, or public policy within an organization, preferably a nonprofit.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
