ITTConnect is seeking a highly skilled Workday Product Specialist to join our team. Our client is a major IT consulting company with a strong presence in Europe and a global reach, providing technology services and consulting to Financial clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain the Workday practice for the client, working closely with the client's HRIS Manager, HR Functional Leads, and IT teammates.
  • Partner with the client to define scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, requirements, testing, and results for Workday enhancements.
  • Organize and prioritize Workday 'maintenance' items, including 'bug and enhancement' items, and lead or participate in vital meeting routines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in IT and 7 years of experience with Workday.
  • Highly desirable experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of Workday HCM and understanding of downstream impacts to the benefits, absence, talent, performance, recruiting, compensation, and administration modules.
  • Experience supporting an HR team with implementing and maintaining the platform.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of employees across the firm.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of multitasking and handling multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and collaboration skills.
  • Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality and maintain a high level of trust and integrity to handle critical and confidential situations and documentation.
  • Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
